GET INVOLVED WITH WOMENS RIDING

NSCC is a friendly club who are keen to give advice and resources about road cycling, covering everything from riding in bunches, racing and connecting women cyclists.

We want more women to get involved – cycling keeps you fit, it’s social and most importantly our training rides tend to end at the coffee shop!

The club also runs women’s skills days, in conjunction with Cycling NSW, to teach everything from bike handling, bunch riding safety through to race preparation. Check the calendar for upcoming skills days.

NSCC has women members from beginners to experienced road cycling competitors. For more information regarding women in the club, contact the Women’s Co-ordinator via email at
women@northernsydneycyclingclub.org.au
Check out the Calendar page to see when womens groups are riding and who to contact to get involved.

WOMENS BUNCH
RIDES
NSCC’s women’s rides and events are a great opportunity to meet other women cyclists and learn or practice your bunch riding skills and etiquette in a social and supportive environment.

looking to get started?

Check out Bicycle NSW for maintenance and skills courses, membership and ride information (www.bicyclensw.org.au) or talk with your local bike shop.
Beg, borrow or buy a bike and improve your bike handling skills and fitness, before long you will be meeting others with the “bug” and loving every minute of having your knees in the breeze. Enjoy!
